Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Ideaexec Solutions and Services Canada Inc. (doing business as FlowBlinq). By using our website at www.flowblinq.com or any of our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

FlowBlinq is an AI commerce middleware company. Right now, our services include:

• ●Website — information about our platform, blog content, and resources
• ●Free AI Visibility Audit — a complimentary analysis of how discoverable your products are to AI shopping agents
• ●Contact and inquiry forms — ways to get in touch with us

As we grow, we'll offer paid integration services. Those will be governed by separate Order Forms or service agreements.

Our free audit is provided at no cost and with no obligation. By requesting an audit:

• ●You agree to provide accurate information about your store and business
• ●You understand the audit is informational only — it does not guarantee any specific results, revenue, or AI visibility outcomes
• ●You understand your audit report is accessible to anyone with the shareable link and contains information gathered from publicly available sources
• ●Audit data is retained for up to 12 months. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@flowblinq.ai

We may limit, modify, or discontinue free audits at any time without notice. A free audit does not create a subscription or ongoing service relationship.

The FlowBlinq website, software, designs, content, and branding are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You get a limited, non-exclusive right to use our site and services for your business purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell any part of our platform.

You agree not to:

• ✗Use our services for anything unlawful
• ✗Submit false or misleading information
• ✗Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from our platform
• ✗Interfere with the performance or security of our services
• ✗Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the site
• ✗Resell access to our services without our consent

We can suspend or terminate access for violations.

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We specifically disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• ●The services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• ●Your products will appear in any AI agent's responses (AI agents make independent decisions about what to recommend)
• ●Use of our services will result in increased traffic, sales, or revenue
• ●Third-party AI platforms will maintain their current protocols or availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowBlinq, its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of the services.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlowBlinq and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the services; (b) your content, including intellectual property infringement claims; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable laws.

You can stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or if required by law.

Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless required to retain it by law. Sections on intellectual property, warranties, liability, and indemnification survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

Before filing any formal dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top and make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services.
